Lsd ??

I know it's maybe wishful thinking ,,,,,,BUT do our cars have a Limited slip diff ?

If some models have one , can it be swapped out for one of the non LSD ones from , say an SRT ???? from a breakers ??

I don't think any come with a LSD (new model might). I now my 08 srt8 doesn't have one.

i wonder , is the drive train not from merc ? some mercs diff / rear end must be interchangable

I thought the SRT8 did have an LSD. Maybe it was just the facelift model. I'm sure I saw it listed in the spec for the SRT8 when I was looking to buy my SRTD.

Yes, new model SRT8's all have LSD.

I thought it came in late '08? Did I read this incorrectly? I can't recall where I read it... Only on srt8's

I'm not positive... But I don't think any 1gens came with LSDs. They were all open diff until the 2nd gens... Don't quote me on that tho

No LSD on any Euro 300c or SRT8 you could put one in, but upgrade the half shalts at the same time. good point about merc running gear, but i havnt a clue if any would fit

a couple of firms make aftermarket ones to fit, but theyre in the £800 range
