The other 'missing' ones will be because LEDs flicker on & off too fast for you to see, but fast enough for the camera to record as 'off'.....you see a similar optical effect when you photograph a TV - you see lines in the photo
Ahh thats why the lights are always flashing on Top Gear road tests etc lol.

Matrix signs on the motorways also do the same if you record them with a DVR camera etc, I wondered what was going on when I first saw it.

SparkySi, Change those orange bulbs and they will look better still.
