Yeah I guess... I tried to get through the translation, but I gave up after the second paragraph. so I skipped down to the bottom to get the summary.

It's still almost twice the price.

& if you hit the options to match the Chrysler, it is OVER twice the price.

Funky ???

Today's Independent, Motoring Section, has a top ten of 'Funky Cars'

No 5 Bentley Continental
No 6 Bentley Arnage
No 7 Mercedes CLS

Oh yes, No 1 was something called the Chrysler 300C

Whatever can they mean?

Any sign of any BMW's? or are they now just to bland and common

Why does the press always compare our car (300c) with more expensive models and then moan thats its not that great. Mind you from the article MTC posted up , at least so of the press see sense

Also aparently there is a feature in the latest topgear magazine, as I had an email from DCUK showing that it had been reviewed and allegedly got a good rating, but I can't believe that if clarkson had anything to do with that. Heres the quote:

The 300C stands out. As Top Gear magazine put it "Very few cars deliver so much visual impact for so little money". Whatever you need, there's a 300C for you. The 300C saloon provides comfort, luxury and dramatic styling at a surprisingly affordable price. Load space is provided by the 300C Touring, which stylishly carries everything you'll need. Ultimate sports performance arrives with the low slung 300C SRT-8 and its awesome 6.1 V8 HEMI engine. Why not test drive a 300C and see just how much attention you attract?

Naah........

Beemers don't score on the funky scale.

No 2 is the Mini Cooper (good call)

No 10 is a Lambo (too exotic)

Rest include Alfa, Veedub and Range Rover

#1 Funky will do for me.................

Just read this thread today. Another nice article, thanks MTC.
Apparently all you almost Jag purchasers who bought 300Cs instead owe the lady of the house her own new compact car or convertible from the price difference you saved!
"For the mentioned fiscal gap one can provide or a chicen compact car to the lady of the house still another small Cabriolet into the garage."
