Latest Pictures

Hi All here are my latest pictures after having Super Guard Silver Seal applied to the outside and inside of the car cast £150 included 3 years warranty on the finnish of the paint so it should never need polishing in protects the paint from minor scratches and stone chips , once appiled to the car it takes a week to cure and then the car is protected for 3 years also the interior is treated with a scotch guard type product to the leather and carpets to protect from stains and dirt.

The windows are also protected and rain just runs off them ,It does as it has just started raining !!!typical

Wish the plates in the US were low and long like yours. My front plate is mounted partially into the bottom of the grill (in NY we need front plates)

Have to move it down by drilling some new holes. (Ignore the upside down HEMI plate frame-It's gone)

BB... that's one fine lookin' CRD. I have to admit I do like that grill! AND I would really like to have those openings in the facia below your plate!

Yeah... I saw that thread about the radiator cap mod. Take the cap off... roll the 300C out from under it. Roll the CSRT8 back in it's place and screw the radiator cap back on...

Sounds like a similar kind of "deal." Me...? I'm extremely happy haing two "C"s!

Hi chasb,

I also live in NY and found it very easy to move my plate down by cutting off the tabs in the back and turning the bracket upside-down. Worked like a champ and allows me to show off my grill

Well hello again 'fanofsteel'...

You may recall that in the distant past I sought your advice on getting the T-Rex triple mesh grille after looking at your great pic and reading your resounding endorsement!..

Happy to say that I took your advice and had it imported to the UK via my son in CA. I am highly delighted with it even though it took some considerable nerve to affix that emblem!!

The T-Rex is currently sitting across the room from me awaiting installing to the car when it arrives on 12th April.

Once again many thanks for advice and help.

Regards

Geordie
