I may be missing a trick here, but are you a DC dealer man ? and doesn't chipping the car "ahem" jigger the warranty ?

It,s purely for research!! So that when they finally launch the official Startech piece we will be ready to market it.

I actually think the 260hp / 660nm claims that you see are optimistic & the chip is not stretching the engine that much. My biggest concern would be the long term effects on the transmission, however the Startech module as you say will have no bearing on the warranty & I believe will show a similar increase.

btw. I took the car to Le Mans last month and at a 90 mph cruise 4 up & laden with camping equipment it returned 32 mpg.
