Boot Liner & Other Accessories

Just wondered if anyone in the UK has gone for a boot liner, or any other accessories like rubber mats etc.

I fancied the trunk liner & organiser to stop things rolling around the boot, until my local dealer quoted me £264 for one....ouch! I only paid about £90 for something similar a few years ago for a volvo. Is there anywhere these things can be obtained at a more reasonable price?

Also there is a cargo net provided with the car, with 4 spring clips, I can only find 2 rings in the floor to clip it to, where are the other 2?

Thanks Just

re the boot liner

I have the Moulded rubber cargo tray (82209226) and i must say that this has been money well spent with two nice side moulded boxs to stop ever think rolling around in the boot.
It these little extras that make the hole 300c package that mutch better
Also i can tell you that on the ecu upgrade front DCUK have 3-300c crds runing with great results. Iam told that the release date will be June 06
I will keep you posted as Iam told that my order is first in the list for the UK
let you all know when I get the green light

Greetings from Canada gentlemen....

i believe the boot/trunk of your euro-spec 300C should be the same as my canadian-spec 300C.....there are 2 slots/holes up near the top of the boot/trunk liner (one on the left side and one on the right).....it can be a bit dark in there to see this....perhaps a torch/flashlight would help

enjoy your Cs !

Yep, that's where the top of my cargo net also attaches to the inside of my car's trunk compartment (boot). It's a little tricky at first getting the clips slipped-over into these slots, but once they're properly positioned, they will accept the attachment loops of the cargo net just fine...good luck.

DCUK are running 3 300c CRDs at this moment
DCUKs target date for general sale of the finished upgrade was down for June 06 subject to final approvel
This being said that will also depend on startec haveing enough product to surport the uk markets requirment
startec at this moment in time are not moving that quick ie i ordered in feb 06 the startec bird eye maple wood kit this has just arrived at the dealer some 8weeks to turn round this also was not a stock item for the uk spec cars
so if we base this turn round on the same time delay that might be Aug 06 is right
If we post the question to James at Ryfield he should give the full picture as he has the line in to DCUK-Starlec-Brabus Lady with the answers ??

Hi red

I'm off work Ill at the moment and I'm not 100%, but have I got this right ? DCUK are running 3 cars with the Startech upgrade on them for evaluation purposes. And if it all works out OK, the Startech kit will be available in June time.
