Derek MC,

Wasn't me.

I was up there around liverpool/manchester on the M6 a couple of weeks ago.

Sometimes it's hard to get a wave or even a smile out of some owners....

My old man lives just outside Lancaster and a few months ago I met up with a Blue 300C Touring from J21 on M6 and we had a convoy up untill J34.

everyone was getting out of the way for these beuties.........

I wish we had a way of knowing if these owners are part of the forum.

That could (almost) have been me, but for those junction numbers. A few months ago on the day I picked up my blue 300C Touring I took it up the M6 from Stoke to North Wales, and joined up with a 300C saloon for a few junctions - don't remember the saloon's colour though. I played it very cool, like this sort of thing happens all the time, and didn't make eye contact at all! If it happened again I'd know better now, having relaxed into the car's character a bit.

Sorry - I don't remember. In case your memory is better than mine, my car is also a CRD, and I had a Mopar grill at the time - reg ending in XKK. Date would have been Friday 8th June.

PS I've changed to a Starttech grill now, so have the Mopar grill for sale. Will probably auction it on eBay.

Actually you're more likely to see me around the Nottingham area - that was a one-off trip up the M6, which I was quite insistent that the dealer should have my car for!

Dodge Magnum?

Friday afternoon last, I was driving on the outskirts of Guildford, ever on the lookout for another 300C, when I saw a likely car approaching. I was surprised by its colour (red) and the unusual grill. As it passed me, I realised that it was a Dodge Magnum. Are these now being imported into the UK? Maybe it was a visitor, or personal import. I was too surprised to note the licence plate or even to see whether it was RH or LH drive.

Devil-may-care,

Guildford? My stomping ground. You live here abouts?

I've seen the magnum parked in the Burpham Sainsburys Car Park. Not sure if it was the same one you saw but c an't be too many of them cruising about.

The Guildford Cruise happens 1st Sat of every month I keep thinking it might be fun to go along, show those ricer boyz a thing or 300!

I live a few miles to the North of Guildford.
So I wasn't hallucinating when I spotted the Magnum? That's the first I've seen anywhere. I've recently covered a few miles; up North, to the West Country and to the South coast - not another 300C anywhere - they must all be in Scotland!
What's the "Guildford Cruise"? Is it safe to fraternise with ricer boyz?
