Sorry to hear the car has broken down, hope all is covered by warranty. Pardon my ignorance, what was wrong with the car? Or just the ecu decided to have a disco party with all the lights flashing.

Steering rack......

Is it possible the 22" wheels have been partly responsible for the steering rack problem. I was actively persuaded out of spending money on the 20" wheels because "they are more trouble than they are worth, the ride goes hard, they get damaged easily and they make the steering rack stress sooner than it should"...........

the rack is us not down to the size of the wheels
