I bought a couple of these in chrome, screwed them to the car and stuck my plates on with outdoor double sided tape.

I had no problems with the bend in the front plate as it was about 3mm longer than the aperture on the number plate trim which allowed it to be tucked in and held under the trim thus reducing the stress on the tape.

Oh, BTW I got my plate V121 ANM about 7 or 8 years ago from the DVLA for about £200.

I've got V8 BAH on the Hemi, part of my business is rebuilding rover V8 engines, the rest is my initials! DVLA £300 a few years back. Apart from a brief spell on a BMW, it's always been on a V8 powered car of some description. Alas, V8 PWR had already gone.....

My old Landrover has A1 4 BHE, spacing deliberate, "A-1 for B.H.Engineering" lol.

Wife's a dog trainer, she has K9 TNG.

I'd so looooove BAD 63R, but at the £14k (!) asking price they can keep it. Someone somewhere has HAT70N, last time I looked it was on a Merc. Never tried to trace BHA770N, that's another possibility.

Best one I saw was OBO 110X but was spaced O BO110X - think about it! I have VUV 631 which is the plate from my first ever car bought 38 years ago!

I always have wanted B3 ACH reading beach, as i sell beach goods, I have seen it on a Merecedes SL in Woolacombe, very very jealous, I'm sure it would be expensive though, at the moment, I am happy to show off my 08 plate

I often used to see this plate on a 4X4:

NO 51R NO

Would look better on a 300C.
