Steering Rack Fitted Today

and what a disaster that was,went to pick my car up from stealership,battery dead???how come I ask,we left the lights on all night,why I ask,dunno he said,finally get it started,climate control wouldnt work all the way back to my garage,checked my motor out,2 bolts missing from belly pan and 2 bolts only tightened by 1 turn,I'd been doing 90mph on the way back,its a good job it didnt rip off and go through someone elses screen!!!!!
The climate control either sorted itself out or it restarted after i pulled the fuse for it,NUMPTIES thats the only name for them

One thing about dealerships - they never fail to surprise!! I take it you have made them aware of their shortcomings?

Yes of course,they are sending 2 bolts and washers out to me(I've already bolted it back up)but I still cant get my head round why they needed the lights on to do a steering rack and how somebody didnt notice the lights on before they left work to go home.We always check round our motors to make sure everything is safe and secure before we leave.Too many chiefs me thinks
