Warranty repairs, paperwork

Took my almost-3-years-old CRD to dealer for warranty work on 30 September:
  • Oil leak at front of engine - fixed filler cap leak, needed to order parts for second leak
  • Knocking and play in wheel bearings - seem to have fixed
  • Steering noises - still makes weird noises
  • Condensation in rear light cluster - needed to order part
They found some bushings that needed replacing too.

That's two weeks ago now. As the work is ongoing I didn't ask for any paperwork for the repairs they DID do. Am I silly (the warranty expires in another month)?
I've also been waiting three weeks for a replacement liftgate interior bulb.

Thanks

At present nearly every 300c part is on back order, probably because Fiat haven't paid the suppliers yet.

Ah, the wonders of modern technology.

Actually the parts have come in, the car's back in next week, will hopefully pick up paperwork then.
