Ironically, this is why I took my Startech's off. if you check the overall diameters, you'll actually find that 275/40-20 rear and 245/45-20 front are a perfect match to the original 225/60-18 and fill the arches nicely, but 245/45-20 tyres are horrendously expensive.
You could, at a push, fit 275/35-20 to the front and 275/40-20 to the rear without upsetting the traction control and ABS systems too much (in fact, you'd actually benefit as it would allow slightly more real-time "slip" on the rears as they would, in effect, be playing catch-up to the fronts by around 3%). This would give a cheaper solution, but whether the tyres would produce too much road sparay up the sides of the car is another matter.
I've opted for 255/55-18 Hankook Ventus RH06 on the original rims - handles as good as the 20's and still has the ride comfort of the narrow 18's.
