While I have not done what you are asking about, I would imagine it is doable based on what I saw as the result of my throttle assembly, with pedal height adjuster, having to be replaced.
The throttle assembly, at least with the pedal height adjustment, is made of two components. I would imagine that without the height adjuster the assembly is similar but just with an unadjustable solid spacer between the pedal assembly and the firewall.
As can be seen in this picture

the height adjustment is achieved by a hinge in the motor-driven section of the assembly sandwiched between the firewall and the pedal assembly. A hinge pin is at the top, and the motor drives a worm-gear that slides the lower pin back and forth in a slot, thus raising and lowering the pedal height. Kind of an electrically-adjustable wedge.
So, as I see it, if you wanted to raise the pedal height of a non-adjustable setup just make up a suitably sized wedge-shaped spacer, tapering from near nothing at the top to about 1" at the bottom, to sandwich between the throttle pedal and the solid spacer. Of course this would also require longer screws both top and bottom, and maybe tapered washers (cut from suitably sized inside diameter tubing) under the bolt heads to keep the underside of the heads square to the pedal's backplate. Note that the pedal's backplate has metal bosses embedded in it where the screws go through to reinforce the backplate where the screw's apply their clamping forces. A drop of non-hardening thread-locker on the screw threads will assure that the screws won't come loose.
The entire assembly is held fast to the firewall by a couple of nuts, so removal to the workbench will ease making up the wedge. There are two electrical connnections that need to be unplugged to allow removal of the throttle assembly from the car.
Now then, after all of that, just one question: why do you want to get the throttle pedal to the same height as the brake pedal?

what about putting a slightly larger rubber pedal cover ovr the existing one to 'bulk' it out a bit, wouldn't that do what you need ? actually, why do you want to adjust it higher ?

A block of wood and some zip ties should do the job.

Where is the peddle height adjustment switch located on your car?

Hello the reason I want to lift the pedal is I always drive my cars at full stretch which is comfortable for me If I set the seat so Im comfy for the steering wheel and the brake pedal I need another 2" on my right leg to be comfy plus the pedal does seem to be low roughly 2to 3" lower than the brake pedal as for the switch my car dosent have adjustable pedals.

Or stick the block of wood to your feet like Shorty, the kid from Indiana Jones.

They are normally located on the front trim edge of the seat base, but we don't got them in the UK!
