need help!!300c replacement headlight ?

sup guys! i'm new to this forum. i just have a simple question?
i have an 06' 300 limited , and i like the headlamps of the 300c and i wanna change my headlights to a 300c,do i have to change the side fender and front bumper in order to make it fit?

If upgrading from the Halogen system to the HID system, you'll have to change the front fascia, as well as do some additional wiring modification. A few members have already done such to their '300 Touring' models.

OEM HID Retrofit

Yes it's been done by HERMINIO some time ago. Here's the thread he posted complete with part #'s, outstanding pics and complete instructions. His posts are very well done and read like a shop manual. VERY detailed and I don't think you'll find a better source than this.
