I Want To See If The Break Lights Can Be Seen In The Day Time And At Night W/ Dark/med/light Tinted Tails>


If Anyone Has Some Pics They Would Like To Share, That Would Be A Great Help On Desciding On Which Tint Level I Am Going To Get

You can always e-mail our vendor. My tinted tails and Avon Custom Wheels are the same vendor. I am sure they can tell you more about the different tinting shades and how bright the light might shine through on each level of shading. Plus they might have pictures to send you , showing the brakes on, in various shade tints. Hope this hepls out.

I sent my lights away to www.JonsTintedTails.Com and it should be here any day now.
I got Med/Dark tint because I did not want any other tint level where you see the redness of the taillight in the day time.
If the brake light doesnt shine through as I think it SHOULD, then I will be getting Tower LED bulbs.
His site has pics of the tints of all shades, but not with the brake light.
Also, I believe I saw a thread of the comparison of the brake lights applied with tinted tails.

The reason I went with JonsTintedTails.Com is because he is about a half hour away from me and I know when I ship my lights and when my lights are returned, the shipping will take no more than a day.
Should be here tomorrow or Friday.

I have a pair od used taillights on my C right now that I will be selling after I get my Lights back from Jon.
The lights are in bad shape, but good enough to be on your car.
I will make a thread some time this week or next week with pics.

i got mine done by a local shop, and i guess you could compare it to a medium tint, but i still get that redish hue in the day. its starting to annoy me and im considering having jon do a pair in dark with the color matched paint.
might consider selling my tinted C tails minus the clear sections, anyone interested?
