Wheel Pattern Question

How come I see some wheel patterns displayed like 5x114.3 or 5x115 and others like 5x4.5 or 5x5???

By any chance, would the 5x5 be the same as 5x115 most likely not, but let me keep my hopes up until someone replies!

Ok, nevermind, I guess I found my own answer...

4 1/2 = 4.5000 = 114.3000

ok thats still good for me, the wheel I like is made in a 5x4.5 (5x114.3) what is needed is ordered to mount that pattern on the 300C? thanks!
