anyone wanna tell me how to get the stock halogen low beams out of a 300C? They dont just twist at all. The high beams, i can twist easily, the low beams won't move at all.

Unfortunately, there are about 100 different brands out there and I simply can't afford (or want) them all. I looked over their site and agree that the "color temperature" of their lights (4000K) is closer to the factory HID's. But they still use a coated lens to get that color. And a color lense puts out less light - no question. Indeed, here is a photo comparison directly from their site, with their light on the left:

You can clearly see that the blue light is dimmer and largely washed out by the factory halogen on the right. So in terms of a color match it is undoubtedly closer, but in terms of brightness (safety) it is a lesser bulb.

And I will be adding to this thread shortly: I got a light meter and actually measured the light output of all of the previous bulbs, plus the HIR bulbs. The results are surprising! (hint, don't buy "Xenon" for light output) Full details, numbers, and pictures to follow...
