Go with the GE Nighthawk for best brightness, the Silverstar Ultra for one with a bit more "blue" tint and almost as bright. Either one is a good light and the Silverstar will look a little more like HID's (but not exactly). Just know that the Silverstar is going to cost +/- $15 more per pair...

Good luck!

i was going to reply the same, but if u read carefully, he asks what HEADLIGHT should he go with... unless he mis-spoke, i think he's referring to a different headlight for his 300 touring.

The stock bulb has been rated at 42W.
If I replace it with the Xenon , it wont cause any problems with over heating , melting, fuse, as it's rated at 65W ??

I understand this should be the max (65W) but still a little concerned.

i've tried and still am currently using all 65W bulbs... until u said that, i thought 65w was the factory wattage not 42W, but i never have looked it up... i just went off of what ppl here said... (i hate it when i do that) but, it's usually right... anyway, i haven't had any problems with 65w... just screw them in straight and make sure they aren't touching any of the housing, and u should be fine...

Is there a reason you guys are using 9005 bulbs in the fogs instead of 9006 ?

I have 9006 Silverstar Ultras for my headlights in my Touring. I was going to use 9006 for my fogs also, but I see most of you using 9005. Is there a reason ?

ever since early on, i thought 9005's were what we had in our car... but, maybe it's the C's that are 9005's... i'm pretty sure everytime i had them look them up, they said 9005 tho...
