Leather interior upgrades

I just took delivery of my 300C on Saturday, wow what a car!

Now I'd like to find out if anyone here has taken the interior to the next level?

I'd like to do the doors in matching leather if anyone has done this and has photos I'd like to see them.

Second, with the California Walnut, does anyone suggest a dash kit that is real wood, and matching?

I don't want to slag NYC dashes, but the one I bought from them for my Durango had a number of flaws, ie: bubbles or marks in it. (it was an aluminum style).

Their customer service was fine, but I'd like to try another company.
