I did mine without taking off the bumper using a special screwdriver ratchet that is sold at home depot or any hardware store.
Ill get you the link when I get home from work, or do a search.
There is plenty of info on this.

I installed the MOPAR DUb grille and was surprised how easy it was, thanks of course to some of the instructions I found on the forum to supplement the printed directions.
I used my floor jack to get the car off the floor a few inches so I could see under there better. I removed the facia and it went back on easily. If you're considering changing foglight bulbs and/or doing stealth clear markers, you'll save a lot of time by doing that all at once while the facia is off.
Welcome to the forum and enjoy the ride.

really depends on what grille your putting on and how skinny your hand and arm is.. for instance i got the TommyZ grille. that grille requires that the front fascia comes off. and some cutting of the inner absorber. so its a bit of a project with it taking some time, not to much hard work.. and the fascia's are easy to take off.. the screws under.. and the 3 bolts inside both upper wheel wells. then the clips under the hood.. taking of fascia is no more than 10-15 minutes.
