Very good tutorial!!!! I did mine the easy way. Fortuneatly I have a place called Grille Tech close to my house. He makes, and installs polished billet grilles, so I took my SRT8 over to his place when my vertical billet grille was ready to install, left it there with him for several hours, and went back to get it when it was done. I didn't even break a sweat, or any knuckles I might add...

Mav

PS Anyone looking for an excellent polished, or unpolished billet grille for their car, he advertises, and sells them on Ebay all the time.
Here is a pic of mine:

This is a first rate how-to for this process! Thank you very much for taking the time to document this. It is, by far, the best DIY guide to replacing the grill that I've seen. I replaced mine today, and found this guide mid-way through the process when I ran into a problem. Man am I glad I did!

So did I... But a few of the pictures in this tutorial really helped me get it done.

Glad I could help! I know it took us a while to do the install and figured it would be helpful if there were a good tutorial with pictures. Hopefully this one works okay for everybody.

Hey - you need to get this on the Tech Tips Forum!

http://www.300cforums.com/forums/tech-tips-review/

There are nine posts there so far... We want to make this THE PLACE everyone goes to for instructions on modding their LX car.

You can re-post it directly, or PM vvv90 and he can move your post over there!

It' s easier if you take it to an aftermarket store. They install it in fifteen minutes and don't have to take off bumper. Only half of those screws need to come out. The rest just pull off with the old grill. $100.00 dollars later and no bloody knuckles.
