How do you pop off lower plastic "shield"

How do you get the lower plastic shield off under the front bumper? I want to install new Luminics Ultra White fog bulbs and dont want to screw things up.

You remove skid plate first by removing 4 bolts (this is the big plate you remove to change oil)
Than remove 9 screws and push pin retainer to remove small belly pan.

That sounds like a foreign language to me. I did the low beams and high beams today, but I'll have to wait and pay to get the fogs done by someone.

Easy to do... if push comes to shove just take off the whole fascia... I've done it about 4 times already... takes about 10 min...

I would have no idea how to remove a front fascia. I am by no means handy with tools or anything. I wish I could do it because I want them in though!

Exactly what does the front belly pan protect? I am thinking of removing it. Someone said that it could actually help the car run cooler without it. Anybody got any thoughts on this? Not sure what to believe. You would think its there for a reason.

I wouldn't take it off as it might help to keep some water and road grime outta your engine bay...

All i have to do ir turn ur wheel to allow u to reach ur hand to the foglight. Pull a couple pins from the wheel well shield plastic(a total pain the first time) and wala! There the foglight for easy sway out. You should go to the dealership and buy about 8 christmas tree plus(not exact replacement) and they are much easier to remove if u ever wanna swap out side marke lights or fogs. Takes me about 8 mins total to swap out both fogs now.
