Painted My K2 headlights to match my car

Well I painted my headlights....Finally took some pics today , its snowing today but I had to bolt the fender back up ...Still havent put the side markers back in cause I took those out to repaint them I sanded off the DOT stuff on the side so its all smooth....Just didnt get them finished painting and I have to go somewhere monday so I figured I better bolt the front fascia back on.....Here are pics close ups of the lights and then what they look like....Sorry the headlights have water on them cause of the snow....I think we got about 3-4inches...Which is great I wish we would get like a foot!!!

Ok heres the pics!!

This is what they looked like before

I put them in the oven at 325 for 5 mins, the lights pulled apart very easy....Then painted them......I didnt use primer figured I would try it first usually the paint will just roll right off.....So I tried it on one first and the paint stuck to it fine...I figured since the painted part is encased and wont be exposed to the elements it should be fine with out the primer....After I put on about 2 coats of base I put on 4 coats of clear.......once the paint was dried I took my heat gun heated up the silicone until it was liquid then I put the headlights together and let them sit for 24hrs....Then I poured water on them to make sure they were sealed....They passed that test just waiting to see if any condensation will build up in the lights.....I am pretty sure though that the lights are completely sealed and I dont think I will have a problem.
