New grill installed

Just got it in today. This was the hardest mod I've ever done to a car, other than putting coilovers on my old 96 Altima. It took about 1.5 hours. The bottom four screws were the biggest pain in the a$$.

That looks straight...

What did you end up doing about the 4 bottom screws? Some people are able to get them off, some break them and don't put them back, and others take the whole fascia off.

I got off the middle two and the one to the right looking at the front of the car. The far left one I ended up having to break off, I stripped it and it was tight in there. The factory grill mount is what broke, not the car mount. Then I put in the two in the middle bottom screws, all four on the top, the two sides screws, and the four tabs are in nice and tight. Then I used my factory emblem and put it on the new grill with some waterproof silicone (that's what was used from the factory). It's on nice and tight and secure, the ten screws and four tabs is overkill I think. It was a pain but overall I'm happy. Thanks for the compliments!

Looks good Sgt. Probably would've been easier to just pull off the whole front fascia... that only takes about 10 min to do. Might've saved some hassle.

Car looks great, you won't see too many like that one around base.

I was thinking about taking off the front too, but it seems like more work, even though it probably would be easier like you said. Plus I was working alone and the front is a little big to try to remove and install carefully alone. I have only seen one other 300 with this grill and it's a member on here, haven't seen him around for a long time. Thanks for the compliment.

Ah come on now... don't be a wuss, I took mine off myself to get the headlights out to send to AAC. just put a blanket down and sit it on the ground. I also put it and my headlights back on myself when it was like 17 degrees outside one morning

I'm just giving you ****, but is easier than you think. Give it a try sometime just so you know how to do it.
