SRT Lower Front Lip (OEM)

Ok I got a 2005 SRT chin spoiler thingy in trade for something (me thinks the person did not know what he had)

so looking at it, it appears that I can't just bolt it up to the 300C fascia, there seem to be some differences in the 3 port holes at the bottom, and well as these silly extrusions that slide into slots cut out of the fascia and have clips on the back...

the piece needs some work, looks like it was bottomed out a bit, lots of scratches on the bottom...

so any ideas here on what I should do with it? I want a chin spoiler on my C but the OEM one seems to need a lot of modding to make it work, I would rather have a plug and play solution....

Some people say that the belly pan cover and some other plastic parts must be replaced too to make this work. OR will the 07 facia bolt right on the C?

not an issue for me my belly pan is toast, I need a new one anyway... a while back something got caught and dragged under the car and tore it apart whilst I was on the highway...

I looked into the srt8 front lip and its no longer just the piece. It would replace the whole front fascia just to get that little piece with the newer 06.

I'd say put it on ebay... you'll get enough out of it to buy a new SRT front and rear fascia and maybe even have some change left over to get it painted.
Speaking of, I need to call wyckoff... *sigh* so many mods, so little $$$
