Installing OEM Upper Window Trim

Recieved my OEM chrome upper window trim for my touring from wyckoff chrysler...hoping that someone on here could help me out.....

it appears to me that i have to remove the door panels in order to be able to get these plastic tabs (which i guess help secure the trim in place) behind the triangular front (rearview) and rear door pillars...

is this in fact the case?

seems like a mision for such a small mod

thnx

No worry, when I installed mine I slid the plastic tab behind the rear pillar, I don't rememer if it was the same for the front as I had my panels off to install the mirrors. One thing I did have to do on the top of the center pillars there is rubber piece that I had to trim down by a hair to get the window trim to lay straight on top of the center pillars.
