Altezza LED rear lights

Hi folks, can anyone who has fitted these please tell me if the upper LED section has two brightness settings for tail then stop light function, In the UK the upper part does stop and tail light then the reverse and turn the lower section is a fog lamp and does not illuminate during normal side or headlamp operation so before I go and order some I need to know if I will be semi legal here

The top portion illuminates when you turn on the headlights or parking lamps as well as the bottom portion. When you press the brake pedal the top portion illuminates more brightly. Nothing happens to the bottom portion (it stays at the same level). If you press the brakes when the headlights/parking lights are not illuminated then only the top lights up and, again, nothing happens to the bottom portion.

My tails:

with the brake pedal pressed:

When the headlights are on, but brake not pressed:

Hope this helps.

Many thanks T1000, that was what I hoped to hear, sorry no pics as yet as i didn't want to order lights in to the UK from the US if they wouldn't be any use for me.
