Decided to de-mold my doors, and this is what I found....

NOTHING! NO BUBBLES!

Oh, I'm so happy! and relieved!

I used a hair dryer, fishing line to get it started and some goo off:

I cleaned the area around them pretty good, but I knew there would be some dirt behind the moldings, so I only used the fishing line for the first couple inches, just enough to get my fingers in. Then as I pulled, I used the dryer to heat the tape behind as I was pulling. Finally goo off for the stubborn tape.

I also claybar'd the area afterwards

FINISHED PRODUCT!

While I'm posting pics, I also had my front windshield tinted a while ago, here is the best pic I have:

It's tinted at 50%, my sides and back are at 10%

As mentioned hundreds of times in the forums, this is one of the easiest, free mods you can do without any difficulty or unforeseen problems (as you just discovered!). Congratulations on your success and a beautiful looking 300 with lots of shine, including your reflection, lol. Those are definitely interesting rims you have as well.

Looks just beautiful but I would be afraid to do this as I already have a few substantial notches in my door mouldings. Maybe if I had a beater for every day driving and could protect my baby from parking lot morons.
