Help,how Do You Adjust Light Sensitivity On Evic

Just completed the auto lights on mod,but my lights come on too soon,its still light outside when they come on,i've gone to evic and the lights come on at 197,i need to adjust them to a higher number but I cant seem to do it,can anyone help,or is it just my car,or is it me.lol.thanks

It's in the diagnostic code. Simultaneously hold down the two lower inside buttons on the steering wheel controls for about 7 sec. The EVIC will change. Then page up (or down) until you get to the light sensing screen - I forget what all is on that.

Once on that screen, you can raise the sensivity number (if an '05 EVIC has that capability) by using the > button (left inside button top side). Raising the setting is going the wrong way, i.e., delays lights until a darker environment. But... you eventually reach the highest value and then with the next click recycle to the lowest value (150 IIRC, the one you want). After that more clicks and you're headed back to where you were at the stock setting.

thanks everybody,ive tried all that stuff,d##n numbers wont budge,must be my 05 U.K. model,ive pressed the> button,nothing,i'll just live with it,its still a cool mod,and it must look cool as the lights slowly energise as if a laser is about to hit someone,as we say in the U.K.cheers mate
