300C chrome mirrors on a 300 limited or touring

Has anyone tried putting the chrome 300C mirrors on their Limited or Touring? It looks like the electrical connector on the left side is different because of the "auto dim" feature. I have the mirrors in stock but I don't know if the male end of the plug will plug into either mirror?????????

I've seen pictures of them on base & touring models so most likely it can be done. I'm looking into buying some now.

Guys stop with the adding everything to make your non "C" look like a C.
That's like putting a HEMI C emblem on your non C. Just stay with what you
bought it looks better that way. Next you'll need to make the door handles chrome,
the bumpers front and back are chrome on a C so you'll need to do those also.
Then fake dual exhaust, and then a fake HEMI engine cover and you're set.

Hey thanks for the idea of the 'fake' HEMI engine cover...never crossed my mind until you just suggested it...

...just kidding. First of all it was one of our Supporting Vendors who initially posed the question to see if one of our forum members could possibly help him, and second, if NDENT wants chrome mirrors, then why not?

See...and I've been thinking of going the other way. I've got the C and was thinking it would look better if the mirrors were body color instead of the chrome. Digging the mono-color look these days. I don't think that the SRT-8 has the chrome mirrors, wonder if those would work?

I'm with you, I personally like my 300 Touring's body color door handles and mirrors and won't be switching them out for chrome. As a matter of fact, my dealer gave me the chrome side pillar kit for 'free' and I won't be installing that either, as (IMO) it'll detract from the sleek 'sinister' look now after having the windows tinted.

I'm gonna be doing the exact same thing, I like the chrome mirrors and the door handles, if the bumper pieces fit on my limited, i would put those on too! I think the more chrome the better. It has nothing to do with making it look like a "C". I figured I don't need a big fast engine for that car, As Chillie Palmer says "If you're important.. people will wait". Oh yea, puttin halogens in too.

yes it can be done i have a touring and wanted to do that when i first got the car and my dealershiped at done them on thje 300s that werent c's but the only thing is that the mirrors harnesses done match so they have to be spliced together which somehow only allows you to set the mirrors once then ur switch for the side mirrors wont work....so its up to u and like some of they guys with the c said im starting to like the painted mirrors more than the chrom as far as the handles im shaving them!!!
