Arrow grip grille install

is there a DIY instructions i can see?

i just wanted to know how easy or hard it is to 1) file down the tabs we dont need, 2) cut and attach the mesh?

just trying to see if its worth having them do that work before they ship it out for an additional $100.

thanks!

Not following you? The grille will come shipped with the mesh already installed on it. Are you saying that for $100 less they will just ship you the grille (no mesh) and then YOU'll want to intall mesh?

If that's the case I'd have them install the mesh. When I spoke to Bill about this he mentioned how they have a process of adhering the mesh to the grille and after I ordered I was glad I had them do it....it is nice and tight not going anywhere. The mesh itself I don't think is expensive but the hassle of properly installing it so you don't have it move around etc a year or so from now may be the issue.

the grille is $155.. the mesh is $49.. the paint service to color match is $100.. for them to attach the mesh to the grille it costs $100

my question was that if it is worth it for them to attach it for me or not? its pretty much $100 labor for them to do it

so i was wondering if people have done it themselves or not and if them can chime in

I have not done this myself but Bill at C3 would be willing to give you some helpful hints/tips. If you have the correct tools and DIY skills then you may be able to give it a shot (if you want done correclty). Just give him a buzz and chat with him. After he walks you through how they do it you just may want them to go ahead with it.
