2008 Trunk Brake Light Idea - Perhaps Billet Tech could do it.......

I was just thinking it would be cool to have a cover for the trunk brake light that has like the words "HEMI" or "SRT" etched out of it so that everytime you hit the brake that is all that would light up. I really bet it would look sick at night time. What do you guys think?

tacky. I've seen things like that on other cars, I've always hated it. Like the dodge Ram head tail light covers...

I agree with your statement to a degree. I think BT could make something tasteful and that asthetically looks amazing. There's a big difference between what I am proposing and your example of placing animal pictures on lights.....lol. I think something simple that says SRT would be tight

That was already done, you can find them on ebay. I have one on my car. It doesn't work well with the LEDs, no one can really tell what it is saying after you tell them then the notice. Mine says Hemi.

i think it`s a great idea. i use to have a 86 fiero gt. and someone on ebay made them for the third brake light, i got one and it looked really good. they just cut a piece of thin aluminum and lazered out the name. i`ll see if i still have a pic of it.
