Bummer

So I looking at the front end of my car when I noticed that the chrome strip that runs under the headlight on the passenger side has a pretty good sized bubble in it.
This is covered under warranty, right?
And also, can they replace the chrome strip or does it require a new bumper?

From what I understand, the chrome is just an insert. If it's bubbled, I would that is a manufacturer defect and would be covered and a reasonably quick repair. If it's not covered, that thing can't cost more than $30.
