Exhaust Cutouts On Bumper

I'm so close to getting dual exhausts installed on my touring. The exhaust specialist suggested to do cutouts on my bumper so the tips and exhausts sit nice and tight.

I've seen so many cheap cutouts and I'm terrified of doing this to my bumper.

Is there any type of bezel or something to give it that 3 dimensional molded look (like the C model)

has anybody done this to the touring? if so, can I see some pics? can somebody refer someone to me?

thanks

I have the exact same issue.....I have my new MagnaFlow Dual exhaust system in hand and going to the shop tomorrow to get it installed. I was wondering if it will look fine with no cut-out, sitting tight to bumper or do i get them to do a cut-out on the fly if it fit/looks better.

I have a 2005 Touring as well.

Can we get some input on this guys?

Thanks,
Robh

I think wanna300 meant their bezels:

Here is what you can find at 'Blastin' Bobs'

Allied Muffler

Magnum Exhaust Bumper Bezel Kit

Finish off your bumper cut-outs with Mopar bezels.
Dodge Magnum exhaust bezels.
1 package contains 2 black plastic bezels, fasteners, template and instructions.

  • Price $11.35
  • Item #: 82210055
  • Status: In-Stock

Okay, i just was at the shop and had my Magna Flow Dual installed and no mods (cuts) needed on the bumper. It looks real good with the quad tip dual tips showing just under factory bumper. It is about .5" below bumper. I will try to post some pics.

Again this is on my 2005 Touring 300 V6 model

Thanks,
Rob
