How do I remove chrome bumper trim?

Im going to the chrome inserts on my front and rear bumper painted as well as my grip grille and its cheaper to take them off myself instead of paying the body shop to do so. How is the best way to get them off?

you would have to pull the bumpers off cause thats the only way to get to those locking tabs (atleast for the front bumpers... ive pulled my front bumper off so many times and thats how i see those chrome trims coming off. now for the rear bumper i would assume the same way but ive never pulled the rear bumper off) good luck
