Rust Protection Coat & Demolding

Hey guys,
Question for ya. My car has a rust protection coating on the whole car, some kind of protective layer over the paint to prevent rust / scratches. Now my question is if I demold my car will there be a visible line where there is no rust protection coating since the molding was on the car when they sprayed it with this protective layer?

I read on another thread that someone had an issue like this saying that you could even feel the bump when you ran your finger across it, he thought it was because it was repainted or something but I started thinking its probly this rust protection coating.

If this will be the case does anyone know of a way to make it look flush, without a line and unnoticeable to the touch?

Thanks a bunch,
Bryan
