joshmillslane,

What is this hard wired modulator called? Does it transmit over all FM frequencies, or only one's that are unused in your area? How much?

Thanks,
swarick

i had a rattle in sunroof when roof was in "tilt" position. there is a black colored plastic frame that sits inside roof with about 1 inch projecting, dealer put pieces of double stick foam maybe 1 inch long far left and right of the black frame. the frame was insecure and rattling against car. bad deisgn? missing some kind of brace? don't know and car was so new (early june) dealer didn't know and had no info.

This is a thorn in my side. I have the sound grp II, the little sub is on the rear deck. I can't even hear or feal mine even when faded to the rear with treble at 0. The front imaging is prominant with strong bass from the front 6x9's. I fear my sub doesnt work but I cant get up enough nerve to take my "C" to a Chrysler service dept. I'm scared, I know they are gonna screw something up........It's the Chysler way.

See the post about Sound Group II. Not sure if anyone has the actual specs.

fm modulator

it's just called an fm modulator. It plugs in between your antenna and your radio, plays over 89.1 i believe, but it has several freqs to choose from. I don't know the brand name...any car stereo shop, circuit city, best buy will have them or at least know what you are talking about. It's a very common setup especially with the add on sat radios out there.
