Sorry fot the delay. What ever you do, don't do this---->(or you can use the marker lights wire to activate the switch and turn on your low beams, but you will lose the stock switch function of having marker lights on only).<----This is just an option you have.

Just add the capacitor to the relay like in the instructions..that's all. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I do have the wire harness hooked to the battery terminal.

Here is the capacitor you need, you can get it a radio shack for $1.50 or so (get 2, 1 as a reserve)

Next and final step is to attach the capacitor to the relay of the harness kit that came with your HID kit, you need to locate terminal 86, which is Positive, and terminal 85, which is Negative, then you need to connect the long wire (Pos.) of the capacitor to terminal 86, and the short wire (Neg.) of the capacitor to terminal 85.
You can do that the easy way like I did, or try to solder it to the prongs, or the wires leading to the 85 and 86 terminals, it's up to you, but the way I did it allows quick and painless replacement of the capacitor if it burns out.

Excellent information Addict! I’ll keep this in my special area for the next member who has a problem with flickering HID’s. (fairly common) Thanks for taking the time to make this post.

No problem Danno, I appreciate what people like you do on here helping us guys and I thought I'd give a little back. I found this info on here just before my HID's came in, and printed them all off to take with me when I was doing the installation..it was a phenominal help. I also found a really good thread on a grill installation which I incorperated with the HID info and got them both done the same day. I tell you, I've been here since before Christmas and found so much help. My latest was from FreebirdSRT and his input on interior LED's. Mine will be here shortly, and I will post them too!

Also pmpn8ez has some cool pics of his 6000k's(check out thread#13)here's the pics:

Yeah those are nice. I am stuck between the Stealth Auto 6000K kit and this one pictured from Factor One Garage. I know with the Factor One Garage Kit you dont have to include capacitors and relays because they make the kits for order for specific cars like our 300's. Thanks for all the pics guys!!!! Cars are looking mad fly.

I say go with factory one garage kit. It sounds like it's easy to install and it's just what you looking for!

Buy from Stealth Auto... I have their kit and it looks top notch, just waiting for some good weather so I can install and write up a review.
