I dont know how cool getting a ticket is, but good kill none the less. Across the alley in Naples here, there is a hot blond that drives this wicked fast Mustang, and she is undercover. She almost got me one day when I was in my GS, but something didnt feel right and I held back. Later that same week, saw her with someone pulled over and red and she had blue flashers in the window.

I know laws in some states vary. And I work Calif. But here Law enforcement has to be driving a marked (somewhere) unit before they can pull over. When testifying I even have to say...On this day at this time I was workin speed enforcement " in a marked black and white unit, in uniform" or I'll have to explain why I wasn't.
This is Calif....lawyers.....something about civil rights or posers or something.

That's sneaky. Here in Ontario, if a LEO tried to egg you on to race, then ticketed you for a moving violation, I'd have the crown attorney charge him/her with entrapment . . .

Unmarked cars are one thing, encouraging drivers into a violation just so they can write a fine is another - it's just plain wrong, imo.

One thing that is nice here I suppose, is that you can take a class for 40 some bucks and they will wave the points, and you just pay the fine. You are able to do that once in a year, up to 5 times.

I got 2 speeding tickets in one year, paid a laywer 90 bucks and they got the points waved on the second one, I just paid the fine. That was for doing 80 in a 45, in my other vette. Speeding tickets down here are just a revenue booster for the state and counties, and nothing more. After you get some tickets, you learn that its not as cool as you think, and you get used to going the speed limit. This time of year, your lucky if you even get to do the speed limit, as all the blue haired snow birds are here for the season.
