Power Steering Pump Bracket

Good evening, I have a 300c 55Reg..... I had a squeaking from the engine and then a week or 2 later my belt came off, My mechanic replaced all pulleys, tensioner and belt just to have the belt come straight back off again at the turn of the key, He then discovered that the bracket that the power steering pump is mounted on had snapped, i ordered the bracket from Mercedes/Chrysler and they say that only one part is listed or available .... The wrong part (back part) .... The part needed is the front part of this bracket. Does anyone have any idea where i can get this specific part from please? OR even a picture for these people to go off as they are not interested in helping one bit. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to 3CF!

Are you saying you have a 1955 300C?

If so, this is the wrong forum. Our membership is for the 300 series cars from 2005 to the present.

The best source will be to google for forums or clubs devoted to the orginal letter series Chryslers. I'm sure you'll find some helpful folks there.

Good luck.

Yep - you are on the riight forum!

I have never heard of that part breaking.

Try Mopar SuperStore, Rock Auto, or Cleveland Pick a Part.

These suppliers can be found online.

Hope this helps!
