Knocking or ticking after start up

Hello and thanks
My first post
I started my car today after nearly the months of storage
Was a loud ticking or slight knocking when started
Happened last year too , but never came back until today
Change my oil regular when supposed to
Even use Lucas oil treatment
Any suggestions. Thanks

Did the sound persist after the engine warmed up?

If not, it is prpbably nothing to worry about. When these big V8's sit for long periods, all the oil drains down from the upper engine and cams into the oil pan. You get the famous "Hemi Tick" until the oil is warm and restored to the upper engine.

Did it stop? If so, then there's nothing to worry about because the oil just had to get everywhere after sitting for a while. If it didn't stop, it could be an exhaust manifold leak.
