SRT8MK, thanks for asking this question! I've only had my SRT8 for a couple of months, and didn't even know I had Auto-Up. I did the "reset" described in the responses... And... Voila!! I got it... Auto up and auto down.

I find that mine works most of the time then all of a sudden the auto-up stops working. I go down on the window then back up and hold the button and its fixed. I have to do it about once a month seems like. I do remember there was a TSB on the issue and I think there is a dealer flash that fixes the issue. Never done the fix myself cause it the self-fix is to easy.

Same here having to reset it about once a month. Must of missed the tsb, bummer. Oh well, easy enough to self-correct.
