Just finished installing my LMI CAI. Most impressive "mod" I have done to my car so far!
It was suggested from a member on this forum to give LMI a try rather than an AFE because at the time I already had an AIRAID and he said in his opinion, it would have been a lateral move.
SOOOOOO right about that!
LMI was the way to go!
I also just finished my Billet Technology catch can install...with hoses I bought from a member on this forum!! The install did not go as I had planned. Should have been straight forward, easy....pc of cake but then I remembered my name was Chad and that "easy" or "straight forward" is never the case for me! How dumb of me to forget that!
I will post pictures of that "custom" install when there is more light out. It's definitely custom!! But I guess it works.
I just removed the picture because I was informed that it is NOT a BT catch can. I was talking to Scott at BT when my daughters were eavesdropping on my conversation. Then they told me they wanted to get it for me for Christmas. At that point I assumed that is we're they were going to get it from. I had never seen BT before so I didn't know the difference.
This would explain why it was a disaster to install. I had never read any complaints about installation.
I am just glad I did not call or email BT complaining about it... Not there fault.
