just washed my ride... i still have the side molding 3m goo still left on there and i cant seem to get it off with Goo Gone... i heard a rotary buffer with Macguires' Scratch X would remove the remaining stuff????

I've used wd-40 and that worked great. Better than goo gone.

Yup. Removed the badging on the rear and the side moulding with it. I let it set for about a minute then it wipes off.

I used the scratch x on my stuff and a microfiber cloth in a circular motion. Worked great but left little swirls that a took out with the black box kit.

thank God i bought both.. Scratch X and the black box!


also in this picture, looks like the reflective chrome was also painted, is this correct of is there another insert that goes in there so reflect light??
