Glad to hear that you're getting the problem handled under warranty, but too bad to hear about the rent-a-car situation. It seems that some dealers are honoring that policy and some are not. Here's a photo of the rent-a-car I received two weeks ago, since the rent-a-car agency didn't have any Chrysler products currently available. Needless to say, you certainly didn't hear me complaining.

Just got my car back. Trim fixed. Paint touched up and AC problem fixed. Everything looks awesome! Car was cleaner when I got it back than when I dropped it off. Once again Bankston Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Frisco, TX has done a fantastic job. I have bought several cars from Bankston and have both my 300C, our Grand Cherokee and my old Liberty serviced there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep products or service in North Central Texas!

It happened again

Well, back in the shop for the side molding problem. This time to the other side. Again covered under warranty. They are also checking out my slight sunroof rattle. Anyone else had either one of these problems?

This just happened to my sisters 300c on the passenger side. Heat has nothing to do with it. If you open the rear door at the right moment while opening the front door it catches. I did notice on my 300c that the molding is a 1/4" further back than the edge of the door. The dealer is taking care of it, but it's still a defect.
