Failed TPMS question

Is it safe to drive my 2006 Chrysler 300 if I suspect the tire pressure sensor has failed, i.e. it blinks about every half hour for about 10 seconds.

Thanks,
Ned

Yes but make sure it's the TPMS sensor (looks like the lower half of a tire with an exclamation point inside) vs. another warning light.

Check your tire pressure from time to time just to be sure all is well.

And TPMS sensors aren't too expensive so get it replaced when you can.

Nuisance nanny....... If the PSI is good ignor it.
If you do replace them make sure they are correct for your year. They changed the frequency on 08+ I believe.

Yeah, it's a nuisance but it's also distracting!

Hmmm

Thought I'd post an update....the sensor warning light stopped blinking...as if all is 'normal' now. It just went away, by itself.
