Mine is black, but I've looked at every C I've seen and no one else had them. I take it in Monday for replacement....We'll see.

My car is Midnight blue with the same problem. I will mention it to the dealer along with the compas not working at the next service. 10 months old and 11k miles. If these are the only problems I ever have, I will be very happy

Hey, I have the exact same prob and yes, mine is BB. The dealer said they would replace it, but didn't get it ordered in time for the last maintenance. I have a list of things for the next visit and that's one of them!

i too have the cracks, but mine is magnesium. 13k miles
