Holly-Daze

yet another amazing performance by my car. Stuffed with presents and 5 people, we all rode over 100 miles in absolute comfort to the In-Laws house.

Gave thrill rides to 3 different folks who all came back with a big grin on their face! Even got called out by the neighbor who has an old GTO in his garage, he'll have to wait as I had no time for him. But one of my passengers told him he better keep his keys in his pocket!

Then we all shot back home in complete comfort even with 8 rotors in my trunk (my BIL owns a machine shop).

Even after almost 8 years this car still holds its own.

These cars truly are amazing - with their versatility, luxury and performance - not to mention iconic styling.

I just drove from Niagara Falls Canada to Rochester NY in a blizzard. In a matter of hours it dropped 10 inches and with my summer tires we made it safe all the way home. Even only able to see in front of us maybe 5 feet. My girlfriend (who says I'm obsessed with my car) said how glad she was we took my car. She has gained more respect for my ride and I think ill get away with more toys without a problem...

Steve glad you got to show the ride off and I bet that neighbor spends some quick cash on an upgrade for that gto!

Indeed, I am amazed that my car is STILL exciting to me (and others) after all these years! I have never had any car that could say the same as I usually get bored in less than 3 years no matter what. I've had faster and better handling but none have matched the supreme versatility of the SRT8 in the way that it can be luxo cruiser AND tear ass fun ride!

I wish you could have seen the Goat owners face as the guy who told him to put his keys away was his friend and has a lot of seat time in the Goat!
