which 300 came with hids

I'm 95% sure, that all 300C's, at least in Finland, came with HID's only.
I have not seen any 300's here with non HID headlights.
So, all have headlight washers.

Now, there are some cars that were imported by private people and these might have halogens, but that is it.

If the headlamp washers and HID's came together as a package, I believe that an easy way to tell if a 300C has HID's is to simply look for the headlamp washers. No need for VIN verification or window stickers.

Sadly...I don't have HID's!

^^ Good point. Never thought of connecting HID's with the washers. Every picture I found on Google of an SRT8 (not design) has washers.

Only V8's came with HID from 2005 to 2010

All I know is how to tell on a 2012 and 2013, for 2012 HID's came with a package called Safety Tech, for 2013 Chrysler broke that package apart and now HID's are include in a packaged called Light Group.
