Rim question

hey guys im new to the forum i just bought a 2006 chrysler 300 touring and i need some help
recently i just got myself set of Asanti rims tire size are Front: 265/35ZR22 102W
Rear: 295/30ZR22 103Y the rim width is 10.5, the offset is 15, hub bore is 71 will that be fine thanks in advance!!!

Two questions....

1. Is your car lowered?

2. What is the bolt circle spec for those wheels?

no the car is not drop and the bolt pattern is 5x115

As far as the rear, there are a few of us that went as wide a 315's so I'd assume that's gonna clear.
